What is Shariah Law: Shariah law is Islam’s legal system. it is derived from the Koran and some Muslims are trying to introduce it in parts of this country!
Lord Phillips, the most senior judge in England and Wales has said Shariah Law could have a part to play in our legal system, add this to the fact that Ken Clark’s Justice Department has stopped an investigation into Shariah Law and the 50 plus Shariah Courts already set up in the country and you have a massive and very dangerous dose of political correctness that could change the country we know for ever. Lord Phillips should think before he opens his mouth and Ken Clark has got to start doing his job.

Our continuous, roll over and tickle my tummy, attitude to these issues is the easy way out for politicians like Ken Clark but it is destroying our country and it opposed by probably 85% of the electorate but then the opinions of the electorate don’t stand for much these days as politicians govern in spite of the people instead of in the name of the people!
The government stance to this should be simple and straight forward, the law in the UK is British Law, with a few historic anomalies in Scotland, Shariah Law should be illegal and solicitors practicing Shariah Law must be stopped, when people are in the UK they are subject to UK Law only, if they want to be subject to Shariah Law they should leave go to the relevant country, let me make it clear, they are welcome in this country but they must adhere to British values and British Law along with learning the language!
We are very tolerant in this country, people can worship whatever religion they follow but we have to stop pandering to people who are just not interested in this country or our values, you know if someone can not speak our language how can they take part in our democratic process, speaking and reading English must be made a qualification to vote, now that would gain the support of the vast majority of the UK electorate.
